Putting the Gold Back into the Golden Years

The MPG wish to thank Dr. Vincent M. Fortunasce, M.D. who gave a very enlightening lecture about memory loss on Oct. 7. from 10:00 am to Noon at the Community Center. According to Dr. Fortunasce, among the factors that affect the tendency towards Alzheimers and Dementia are:

• Sleep Deprivation
• Constant Stress
• Poor Diet
• Lack of Excercise
