Surprise Tribute to Penny

Penny Arroyo has been a fixture in every MPG event almost since its inception. If the group needed a venue, we would go to Penny. If we needed some last minute decoration, there was Penny. The June MPG meeting was her last day as an official of the Monrovia Senior Center. The officers surprised Penny with a going away present in a simple yet meaningful ceremony.

Thank you Penny! You aren't going to slip away into the sunset that easy! We know you'll still be around but that didn't stop us from showing how much we love you!
